Cancellation Policy
No cancellations within 48 hours of the picnic time.
Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice will receive a refund minus a service fee of 50% of the picnic cost. If bad weather, see weather policy below.
Weather Policy
In case of bad weather on the day of the event, Martha’s Vineyard Picnic and the Client shall agree to bring this event indoors at the Client’s residence or a different agreeable location. If an alternate location is not available, the Parties may agree to a different date and time.
